If you withdraw, you get part of your money immediately and receive the rest of your pay as usual – just minus what you withdrew earlier.

If you don’t withdraw anything, you will get your pay as usual on payday with your payslip. We don’t make any money from you withdrawing, but found out for ourselves that a little flexibility is nice sometimes.
